[Some hours have passed, leaving you time to mingle and explore to your hearts content. However, as the clocks tick over to noon … the bell rings again. And this time, it's followed by the hissing static of an intercom system.]

Ahem! Ahem, is this thing on? Ahh, yes … If all Students and Instructors could kindly make their way to the Auditorium, our first class can begin.

[Those people who are understandably reluctant to follow that instruction may just find their feet moving for them, plodding them into the massive assembly hall. Once they're there, the door slams shut and locks behind them.

… There's nobody there, but the intercom is still on.]

I expected as much, but it's kind of strange.

It all happened then and there. If we had a DIY card played on us, we were magically yoinked out of our room and into another one, and then dumped back out again.

We were sent back to our dorms to wait. And then afterwards, we were called back for the next round.

Could they get to you? In your dorms, I mean.

I don't . . . remember if they could or not. But there was no point in putting it off - it'd just make it worse.

It always annoyed me when people tried to play the "My past this or that was worse than yours" game back in the Library. But, still.

I kind of want to, so I can end it all with "and I had it easy in Sabra", but that's because I'm in a mood.

I know it's probably weird to think of him being good at fighting and handling weaponry, but ... he's really, really good.
