When: day 1, some time after round 1
Where: science dorm / anywhere, if any teammate wanders
What: mostly general team stuff after the first round

[ The gunshots stop and then a different sort of pounding, no, kicking is more accurate.

Kicking the door in, wow Armin, I bet that sounds familiar? ]

[ he follows Armin out of pure adrenaline at that point, locking the door behind them, even if that just feels like too small of a delay when there's a gun involved now ]

[goddammit Bertl stop kicking in doors

grabbing the knife and concealing it into his jacket as best as he can]

When he breaks in here, we let him think we're surrendering. You'll have to take some punches, but while he's beating you I'll hopefully be able to sneak up behind him.

[ Shooting at the handle for that door before kicking that door in. In his hands, he has a baton and the gun, which he puts up in his belt before reaching for something else. ]

You're making this harder than it needs to be.

[ Noya barely has enough time to nod at Armin before they're down to their last resort. ]

Fine, you asshole!! Do your worst!

[ he's one ferocious little firecracker who's looking Bertl right in the eye and tensing up to brace for any sudden attacks ]

[Armin, meanwhile, is standing back a little and trying his best to give an impression of fear and frustrated helplessness. they're very familiar feelings to him, so it's fairly easy.]

You can't expect us to just let you do this without even trying to defend ourselves!

No, I suppose not.

[ He looks between them both before quickly walking up to Armin and using that new object on him. Surprise, it's a taser. Have fun being tazed, Armin.

[ it's probably too late for that, but he's still going to try and jump on Bertl's back to in what's supposed to be a tackle. ]

[OW GETTING TASED IS NOT FUN

[ Reaching behind himself to pull Noya off of him and throw him to the ground ]

[ when you try your best but you don't succeed...... he should've bit the guy, in retrospect.

but it's too late once he's on the ground, so he settles for kicking his legs out to hit him, hopefully to get enough time to stand up ]

meanwhile Armin is... trying to get his arms to work enough to push himself up.

it's not working out very well just yet.]

[ He lets that kick hit him, if only so he can get close enough to bring down that baton as hard as possible on Noya. He's aiming to get this done as quick as possible. ]

[ it's instinct that makes his arms come up in front of him and shield himself from the hit, even if he has to bite back a groan. ]

[ he knows it wont do him any good, but dammit that hurts. ]

N-Noya...

[oh look someone's got his facial muscles to work!]

[ Not responding when he starts striking more, not only with the baton but with his legs as he starts kicking Noya as well ]

[ this sucked, everything hurt all at once and he can't move and

his vision's getting blurry ]

[ Keeping up his attack until Noya is out like a light ]

[ aaaaaand he's out for the count, folks. ]

[by this point Armin has managed to push himself into a kind of slumped sitting position against the wall. he still can't stand but at least his face isn't on the floor anymore.

and he's managed to keep the knife hidden. that's a small victory of some kind, right?]

The lesson is done.
