'Bad blood' is putting it rather mildly. I won't go into the details, since I wouldn't want it to sound like I'm trying to influence your opinion on him.

I do not allow my opinions to be influenced by anything but what evidence I can find in relation to the world in which we are located and its rules, but your consideration is appreciated nonetheless.

He's clever. He's probably up to something, looking for ways to ruin us. Make us a target.

Then why not send someone else and have them report back to him? It would raise less suspicion and additionally would not have the possible chance of things backfiring via a sudden and violent response.

I already told you I wouldn't kill Armin, and I won't start a fight with him unless he starts one with me first. But if he does start a fight I will break both his arms.
